Ideally, we are looking for applicants with at least two years of experience in a highly regarded law, accounting or auditing firm, preferably with international clients, with a focus in economic law, the law of companies and corporate groups, corporate tax law, transaction consulting, consulting in structural questions and/or international tax law. We expect above-average exam results and evidence of high qualifications, e.g. in the form of a degree, study abroad, a stay abroad or other additional qualifications. We consider good English skills to be a matter of course. We are looking for people who challenge themselves to work at the highest level and deliver top quality, who are motivated by the joy in developing solutions for even the most difficult tax and legal questions. Our employees should derive enjoyment from developing creative tax and legal structures, value careful and systematic work and act independently while being prepared to develop top-to-bottom solutions and concepts as part of a small and inter-disciplinary yet highly specialized team.
